RSC will be awarding scholarships for both traditional and nontraditional students receiving rental assistance through Housing Authority of DeKalb County’s Housing Choice Voucher Program. The Housing Authority of DeKalb County (HADC) and the Housing Development Corporation (HDC) celebrated the Grand Opening of Starnes Senior Residences on Thursday, November 4, 2021.
